Update June 1, 2020: The Sacrament of Reconciliation will be offered at 1 to 2 PM on Sunday, 7 PM on Monday through Friday, and 1 to 2 PM on Saturday.
St. John the Apostle Church will be open beginning on Sunday, May 17, 2020 solely for personal prayer from 10 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 7:45 PM, and on Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM. Individuals and families enter the church for quiet prayer only. During opening hours, a parish staff member will be physically present in the church to ensure social distancing and sanitizing. No gatherings are permitted. In accord with national, state and local health directives, those who show symptoms of COVID-19 or who have been exposed to an infected person are not permitted to enter the church for 14 days. Hand sanitizer will be made available throughout the church. Public celebrations of liturgies, devotions, or other group prayer are not permitted at this time. Masks must be worn by all individuals while in the church. Individuals and families must maintain social distancing (six feet) between each person while in the church. The church pews will have designated locations where seating is permitted.
